In the article, you said that Eric and Jonathan had served 2 three-year terms with MAF, but some board members, like Mrs. Eisenbarth, had been there longer. It sounded like most of the board members were burned out or had no passion for the mission. With term limits, the board could have gotten new members with more enthusiasm and fresh ideas. The old board members were too close to Chris and were afraid to challenge him. I was wondering whether or not MAF had written policies and procedures about term limits and whether or not they enforced them. If they changed some of the old board members that were financial contributors into Honorary Board Members and gotten a new, unbiased board, do you think they could have made Chris change his mind and see things differently?
