Welcome! I'm looking forward to the next couple weeks, where I'll help moderate a discussion of nonprofit management issues. Our basis is The Ultimate Question, a recent case published in NPQ. It's about an organization that closes, but that's really not the point... the interesting issues are about both the internal and environmental issues the nonprofit faces, and how it confronts them.
